Chocolate and orange are a wonderful combination and I am always after easy, prepare-ahead delicious desserts.
There are so many recipes for chocolate pots on the net and in Thermomix forums. I suggest trying orange dark chocolate and a slug of grand marnier for an extra boost. The proportions will be equal measures of double cream, full cream milk and chocolate with an egg added for every 125g of chocolate. This will serve 6 small espresso cups. Dress them up with a sprig of rosemary.
If you infuse a sprig of rosemary in the steaming basket with heating the cream and milk it will have a subtle rosemary taste.
