E is for..



I love elderflower and as E 's are a bit thin on the ground in terms of great baking entries, I give you elderflower. The slightly alcohlic version St Germain is wonderful- in champagne, gin, lemonade- oh heck in anything!

Welcome to my blog! After a L O N G break from blogging during which Instagram (vannilla)took over my life, I am returning in a more varied format. Yes, I will bake and have been a Thermomix users from the days before it was cult-like.   1. I love Elderflower syrup, especially in the summer with sparkling water. Have you ever tried elderflower pancakes? You would need fresh flowers for that one though.
