A to Z challenge, bread

 

I'm really pleased to be able to feature the bread in this post because it is soooo delicious. I believe you can substitute wholewheat/wholemeal flour much of the time. A good alternative is to use 50/50 plain/wholewheat. Wholewheat in general needs to absorb more liquid so you should up that if you do substitute.

Welcome to my blog! After a L O N G break from blogging during which Instagram (vannilla)took over my life, I am returning in a more varied format. Yes, I will bake and have been a Thermomix users from the days before it was cult-like.
