Z is for Zebra cake

On this last day of April’s A to Z challenge, I am delighted to be able to look back on not one but two posts featuring zebra cakes. One was a lot more successful than the other but I was encouraged to post the not so good by a seasoned blogger who explained that sometimes is understanding and explaining mistakes which make the best posts. After all it is mere mortal who bake and blog and we don’t always get things totally right. Maybe our suggestions can help you get it perfect first time.

So if you like to take a look at my ( less than perfect) zebra cheesecake the post can be found here Zebra(ish) cheesecake

My (really impressive!) zebra sponge can be found here Zebra cake

Blogging from A to Z April Challenge

I hope you have enjoyed my tour around my baking blog during April and maybe even found something to try in your own kitchen. I am always happy to answer questions and would love to know how you get on.

What would life be without cake….
