This is my standard Thermomix challah receive which you can find here. I thought it might be different to plait and place in a long loaf tin. The Wilton's one I used is 41cm/16″ by 12cm/4″. The end result gives you a great size to toast in a toaster or just to cut into slices and freeze. I do this as I would be throwing out a lot of bread if I didn't- home made bread doesn't keep, that how you know the highly processed shop bought variety is full of stuff!!

The mix is perfect- the former is beautiful but attacks of cabin fever are never too far away.
